UEFA refused to resume Mallorca against their expulsion from the Europa League
Appeal Commission rejected the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) on Friday the appeal made by the Spanish team Real Mallorca against their expulsion from the Champions League in Europe next season.
A statement issued by UEFA that by rejecting the appeal has been installed the decision of the disciplinary committee two weeks ago, excluding Mallorca because of the crushing financial crisis and debt overhang of the closet.
The UEFA has decided to choose the seventh Villarreal La Liga to enter the competition instead of Mallorca, which did not help him finishing fifth last season.
The Mallorca players wore T-shirts with statements calling for UEFA applying the "fair play" during one of the friendly matches played by the team's preparations for the new season.

رفضت لجنة الطعون بالاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (ويفا) اليوم الجمعة الاستئناف الذي تقدم به فريق مايوركا الإسباني ضد قرار استبعاده من بطولة دوري أوروبا خلال الموسم المقبل
وأوضح بيان صادر عن الويفا أن بموجب رفض الاستئناف فقد تم تثبيت القرار الصادر عن لجنة الانضباط قبل أسبوعين باستبعاد مايوركا بسبب أزمته المالية الطاحنة والديون المتراكمة على خزانته
وكان الويفا قد قرر اختيار نادي فياريال سابع الدوري الإسباني للدخول إلى المسابقة بدلا من مايوركا الذي لم يشفع له احتلاله المركز الخامس في الموسم الماضي
يذكر أن لاعبو مايوركا ارتدوا قمصانا تحمل عبارات تطالب الويفا بتطبيق "اللعب النظيف" خلال إحدى المباريات الودية التي خاضها الفريق ضمن التحضيرات للموسم الجديد
