LONDON, England (CNN) - British press reports said that the Chinese businessman Kenny Huang, entered into serious negotiations with the "Royal Bank of Scotland" to buy Liverpool Football Club struggling financially, and in partnership with a large sovereign fund work in East Asia.
The reports indicated that negotiations with the club management Huang, led by Tom Hicks and George Gillett make an offer since the club up for sale in April last year.
It is believed that Hicks and Gillett are willing to get 800 million pounds for the waiver of the club, but the negotiations could lead to a deal for half of that value due to the faltering team.
The newspaper "Daily Mirror" that the deal will provide guarantees for Huang, "Royal Bank of Scotland" to pay the total debt estimated at more than 237 million pounds
The news about the fate of the club "Liverpool" since 17 April, when the press reports that a Syrian businessman, powered by one of the ruling families in the United Arab Emirates is about to takeover the club in a deal in a new Arab League season.
The debt to Liverpool in 2009 exceeded 460 million barrier, but the statement Gillett and Hicks pointed to improved financial management of the team during it, operating profit rose 60 per cent, while revenue increased 55 per cent
But the former player and sports commentator, Mark Laurenson, for CNN, criticized the remarks, said commenting on the resolution: "Gillett and Hicks did nothing for the club, and the day when the club was named by one of the worst days in the history of the team."
He added: "The decision to sell great, but before the panel a long way before returning to his previous position."
The bodies that UAE had bought the Portsmouth, before selling it at a later time, also bought Manchester City.

لندن بريطانيا : ذكرت تقارير صحفية بريطانية أن رجل الأعمال الصيني كيني هوانغ، دخل في مفاوضات جدية مع "رويال بنك أوف سكوتلند" لشراء نادي ليفربول المتعثر مالياً، وذلك بالشراكة مع صندوق سيادي كبير يعمل في شرق آسيا
وأشارت التقارير إلى أن مفاوضات هوانغ مع إدارة النادي، وعلى رأسها طوم هيكس وجورج جيليت تتقدم منذ أن عرضا النادي للبيع في أبريل/نيسان الماضي
ويعتقد أن هيكس وجيليت يرغبان بالحصول على 800 مليون جنية استرليني لقاء التنازل عن النادي، ولكن المفاوضات قد تقود إلى صفقة بنصف هذه القيمة بسبب تعثر الفريق
أشارت صحيفة "ديلى ميرور" الى ان الصفقة ستتضمن تقديم هوانغ ضمانات ل"رويال بنك أوف سكوتلند" بدفع كامل الديون التى تقدر بأكثر من 237 مليون جنية استرلينى
وكانت الأنباء حول مصير نادي "ليفربول" منذ 17 أبريل حيث ذكرت تقارير صحفية أن رجل أعمال سوري مدعوم من إحدى العائلات الحاكمة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة على وشك الاستحواذ على النادي، في صفقة عربية جديدة بالدوري الإنجليزي
يذكر أن ديون ليفربول تجاوزت عام 2009 حاجز 460 مليون دولار، ولكن بيان غيليت وهيكس أشار إلى تحسن مالية الفريق خلال إدارتهما له، فارتفعت الأرباح التشغيلية 60 في المائة، بينما زادت العوائد 55 في المائة
ولكن اللاعب السابق والمعلق الرياضي، مارك لورنسون انتقد هذه التصريحات، وقال تعليقاً على القرار: غيليت وهيكس لم يفعلا شيئاً للنادي، واليوم الذي ابتاعا فيه النادي كان أحد أسوأ الأيام في تاريخ الفريق
وأضاف: "قرار البيع رائع" ولكن أمام الفريق طريق طويلة قبل أن يعود إلى موقعه السابق
يذكر أن جهات إماراتية كانت قد اشترت نادي بورتسموث، قبل أن تبيعه في وقت لاحق، كما اشترت نادي مانشستر سيتي
