وفي الشوط الثاني و في الدقيقة الأخيرة أحرز ميسي الهدف الرابع والثالث له ليصبح هاتريك و لكي تنتهي المباراة بفوز برشلونة و حصول الفريق الكتالوني على بطولة كأس السوبر الإسبانية .
يذكر أن مباراة الذهاب التي اقيمت على ستاد اشبيلية قد انتهت بفوز اشبيلية 3-1 , و قد فاز برشلونة بمجموع اللقائين 5-3 ليتوج بالبطولة .
